The northern portion, McIntyre Brook Project, is on trend with Puma Exploration's Williams Brook Project, currently under option to Kinross Gold, while the southern Riley Brook Project lies adjacent to claims controlled by Kenorland Minerals, highlighting the district's growing exploration significance. The Company is also advancing the Egan Gold Project in Ontario (option agreement with Harfang Exploration to earn up to 80%) is an approximately 11,000-hectare district-scale property prospective for intrusion-related and syenite-hosted gold mineralization with bulk tonnage potential within an established gold-producing district. Goldera Exploration Ltd. is the dedicated exploration company created through Fancamp Exploration's strategic spin-out, providing shareholders with direct exposure to a focused portfolio of district-scale Canadian gold exploration assets while Fancamp continues as a revenue-generating resource investment and royalty company.

Goldera Exploration benefits from the continued support of Fancamp Exploration Ltd., which will remain a significant shareholder with an approximate 17.7% ownership interest following the spin-out. As one of Canada's longest-established resource companies, Fancamp brings decades of technical, corporate and capital markets expertise through its highly accomplished Board of Directors and management team. The Board comprises experienced mining executives, geologists, engineers, financiers and corporate leaders with proven track records in mineral exploration, project development, strategic transactions and value creation.
